Epoxy Adhesives are toughened, fast-curing structural epoxies with excellent environmental and chemical resistance. They are designed for a wide range of rigid substrates such as metals, ceramics, phenolics, and wood with cure times from less than one minute. Products include stay-in-place gels for vertical surfaces, clear adhesive/potting compounds, and high-performance, rubber-toughened adhesives for strength and flexibility.

5 Minute® Epoxy
Rapid-curing, general-purpose adhesive/encapsulant which easily dispenses and mixes in seconds, dries in 15 minutes with full strength in 1 hour.
     
Castable Urethanes
Flexane®, versatile urethane compounds, are used to make fast, economical, long-lasting rubber repairs to equipment such as conveyor belts and rubber rolls, and is also used to create non-damaging holding fixtures, mold rubber parts, and pot electronic components. Flexane is available in liquid or putty form and its durometer is adjustable with the addition of Flex-Add™ Flexibilizer.

Flexane® 80 Liquid
Castable, non-shrinking, medium-viscosity (10,000 cps) urethane compound for making rugged, flexible molds, forming dies, cast parts, non-scratching holding fixtures and abrasion-and noise-resistant linings, as well as for encapsulating parts.
     

Metal Repair
High-performance, metal-filled epoxies permanently repair or rebuild critical equipment and quickly return it to service, minimizing expensive downtime and reducing costs. Metal-filled epoxies offer excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals, good temperature resistance to 350°F, and a room temperature cure. All can be effectively applied by plant personnel without special training.

High-technology, titanium-reinforced epoxy, engineered for making repairs to machinery and equipment that can be precision machined.
