Sealing Devices is a fully equipped robotic dispensing supplier of Parker Chomerics Cho-Form® Form-in-Place EMI gasketing. This material allows precise dispensing of positioned metal or plastic housings, conformable gaskets in very small cross sections to free up package space and eliminate gasket waste. The system applies programmed gasket beads with exceptional accuracy in three full axes, compensating for uneven surfaces in castings and molded parts to provide consistent, highly reliable seals. Gaskets can be applied on flanges as narrow as .030 inch (0.76 mm), affording more space for board components or allowing smaller overall packaging.These durable, highly conductive seals have low compression set and offer years of effective EMI shielding and mechnanical performance. Cho-Form gaskets cure in minutes and provide more than 75 dB attenuation from 200 MHz to 10 GHz. Accuracy of location to within .001 inch, they are highly compressible, with limited deflection force.
